Welcome! Real Estate School of Nevada has been building careers and changing lives for more than 30 years. We offer Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensing courses. We also provide the new first year licensee the required Post-Licensing courses.

Instructors

The secret to learning is passionate instruction. Each of our instructors are highly educated and experienced professionals. Adult education takes a special kind of instruction, as the learning experience must compete with the interruptions of life the adult student faces. Our instructors bring their subjects to life with their own experiences and examples which instills understanding and meaning to the student.

School Locations

Real Estate School of Nevada provides two locations; the School’s main campus located at 4300 East Sunset Road, Suite D-1 (the northeast corner of Sunset and Green Valley Parkway in Henderson) and 7670 W. Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 115 in Las Vegas).

Henderson

The Henderson location consists of 4,300 square feet which includes 2 class rooms with seating capacity for 50 and 25 students respectfully. A student break area and administrative offices are also included. The entire facility is ADA compliant including restroom facilities accessible by persons with mobility limitations.

West Las Vegas

The Westside location at 7670 W. Lake Mead Blvd, includes an ADA compliant facility with a single class room with a seating capacity for 50 students. ADA compliant restroom facilities are available. A break area and administrative office are also part of the facility. Both facilities provide ample off-street parking.

The Real Estate School of Nevada is an approved School under the jurisdiction of the Nevada Real Estate Division, The Nevada Real Estate Commission and is licensed to operate as an accredited Adult Education provider by the Nevada Commission on Post-Secondary Education.

Counseling Services

Student Counseling and Placement Services: Both course counseling as well as career counseling are available. Placement is not guaranteed, however placement assistance is available to our students at no cost.
