Once your payment clears, you will also receive an extensive welcome kit with information on taking the course, practice testing, steps required for the Nevada Real Estate Exam, frequently asked questions, schedules and more. Once you receive your materials, you may begin your at home study. When your live classes are completed, and you feel you are ready, and acheiving a passing rate of 85% or better on your practice tests, you may contact the school director to schedule your school exam. You will want to get your fingerprinting and background check done as soon as possible.
