The Path to Licensing Success

We are committed to helping you pass the Nevada Real Estate Licensing Exam on your first attempt. Our courses are designed to give you a thorough understanding of real estate principles and Nevada-specific laws, but we go beyond that. Our exam prep courses include practice tests, quizzes, and test-taking strategies that mimic the actual exam, ensuring you are fully prepared when the time comes​. Course Structure and Requirements

Our state-approved pre-licensing course consists of 120 hours of education, split into two core components: 90 hours on Real Estate Principles: The 90-hour section covers the fundamental concepts of real estate, including property ownership, real estate contracts, and financing. The 30-hour portion focuses on the laws and regulations specific to Nevada, ensuring that our students are well-versed in the legal aspects of practicing real estate in the state​. Students can complete their pre-licensing education in as little as two months, depending on their pace and schedule.
