Earn your Nevada brokers license with this 45 hour online Broker licensing course. To obtain a Nevada broker’s license, you must be 18+, a legal U.S. resident, and have two years of active experience as a licensed salesperson. Complete 64 semester units of specific real estate courses. Apply and pass the broker examination, then submit your license application with fees, proof of education and experience, a background check, and Errors and Omissions Insurance. Maintain your license through continuing education and periodic renewals as required by the Nevada Real Estate Division.
