Who's it for?
This education program is tailored for out-of-state licensees who wish to acquire their Nevada real estate license. Active out-of-state licensees can waive the national portion of the education and exam. For more details, refer to state form 501.
Available Programs
We offer multiple learning modalities, including: in-person classes and or home study/online only. Upon successful completion of required pre-license courses, students will receive a Nevada pre-licensing certificate.
Certification & Testing
Students must first test through the school website to obtain a certificate of completion; then, they must proceed to the state testing center to meet licensing requirements.
18-Hour and 45-Hour Reciprocity Courses
Get Your License
18-Hour Nevada State Law 3 Sections of State Law
Designed for those individuals who have completely met the educational requirements for Nevada licensure with courses from another state with the exception of Nevada law.
$99 + $9-CPE fee
45-Hour National and Nevada State Law Chapter’s 1, 2, and 7 National 3 Sections of State Law
This course includes 6 general classes you need for your renewal. These are pre- picked classes provided in your student dashboard upon enrollment.
$149 + $9-CPE fee
Requirements for your Nevada
Real Estate License
Licensed out-of-state licensees are not required to take the general (national) exam if applying for the equivalent license.
Out of state licensees simply take the NV law course (options below), take the licensing exam and then proceed to the license application.
Prospective Nevada licensees who hold a license in another state are exempt from the national portion of the education and the national portion of the exam.

Many states offer “license reciprocity”. License reciprocity means that, if you already hold an active real estate license in one US state, you can apply for a real estate license in your new state without taking all the state-required pre-licensing real estate courses. Generally speaking, real estate is a state-specific industry. Real estate laws vary by state. And each state has its own licensing requirements.
